AppealToCustomerSupportRequest ( BaseRequest )
This call allows the seller to appeal a decision on a closed eBay Buyer Protection Item Not Received or Significantly Not as Described case. The appeal is sent to eBay customer support.

Specify one of the three possible values as the reason for the appeal.
