Is the durationSetID of  ListingDuration unique across all sites ?

Detailed Description

Yes, the durationSetIDs returned in GetCategoryFeatures is unique across all eBay sites. The durationSetIDs  apply to all sites equally as Duration sets are not site-specific.

When make  the GetCategoryFeatures against different SiteID,  the call always returns the same Duration set for a given durationSetID.  For example, for the durationSetID= "1",   there are four Duration options: Days_3, Days_5, Days_7, Days_10, so that all Chinese items on all sites in default support those duration.
