When to use topRatedSeller vs topRatedListing ?

topRatedSeller is the element in SellerInfo which indicates if the seller is a top rated seller. Here is the link :

topRatedListing is the element in SearchItem which indicates if the item is top rated listing. Earlier, all listings listed by top rated seller were top rated. With recent changes,  some items might not be top rated even though they are listed by top rated seller. This is a new tag introduced which should beat item level.
