Why GetOrders calls sometimes don't return the phone number of the customer?

There are several reasons why the eBay API GetOrders calls sometimes don't return the phone number of the customer:
1. Privacy Settings: The customer may have chosen to keep their phone number private, and as a result, it is not shared through the API.
2. Incomplete Information: The customer may not have provided their phone number during the transaction or account setup.
3. For PickUpInStores orders, the buyer's phone number is not available in the GetOrders call of the Trading API Response whereas the Seller VOD(View Order Details) page on the Web(eBay.com) is displaying the phone number. Because order is being delivered to a Store Address and phone number is not emitted in this case through the API.
