Description
TRANSACTION_ISSUE
This enumeration value may be returned if a buyer opened a payment dispute against the seller, but eBay cannot determine the exact reason why the payment dispute was opened.
FRAUD
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the buyer did not recognize the transaction.
ITEM_NOT_RECEIVED
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the buyer has paid for the order, but has yet to recieve the item.
SIGNIFICANTLY_NOT_AS_DESCRIBED
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the buyer claims that the received item is 'Significantly Not As Described' (aka SNAD case).
CREDIT_NOT_PROCESSED
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the buyer has yet to receive the expected refund.
COUNTERFEIT
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened due to a possible counterfeit or inauthentic item.
DUPLICATE_AMOUNT
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the buyer was charged twice.
INCORRECT_AMOUNT
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened due to the buyer being charged an incorrect amount.
CANCELLATION
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the order was cancelled but a refund has yet to be issued.
RETURN_REFUND_NOT_PROCESSED
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the buyer returned an item, but the seller has yet to issue a refund.
AUTHORIZATION_FAILED
This enumeration value indicates that the payment dispute was opened because the required authorization for the payment failed.
